| Items despatch FREE, 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded and Special delivery use the services of the Royal Mail, we are unable to guarantee delivery times as with any mail order company, these services are a third party service which is beyond our control, we do however ensure timely despatch of our items where possible and use approved despatch services directly to the Royal Mail Hub. Where possible items ordered next day delivery will be despatch same day (Dependent on stock), usually orders placed prior to 2:30pm will reach these services, depending on weight and value will depend on which service we utilise for your next day delivery, the services of Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Business Post, DHL, Fedex and City link are used to fulfil orders as timely as possible. If your order is extremely urgent please email us to check stock prior to placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific delivery time of the day for any orders. |
Items can be delivered to an alternative address, however the card hold details in these cases must exactly match the details for where the credit card statement is sent. We have verification procedures to check this. Our payment services provide us with verification information in these cases and where an address differs we will check verification details. Where these details have failed you may be asked to provide additional proof that you are the card holder, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are advised of a potential fraud risk. |
Where an item has been failed delivered our despatch couriers/ Royal Mail will card your premises , the unit will then return to a local collection point for collection by card and identification. This will be held for a period of 7 days, if your delivery is not collected by this point your order will return to our depot marked "undelivered" - a redelivery charge will apply to returned items. |
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days (from date of posting) depending on the service level, unless Next day, but we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items, we are unable to place any query prior to that point. If more than 15 days have past, please emailSales@memoryforless.co.uk clearly stating your order number. If you have despatch notification on a Next Day item and the unit has not arrived on the day due, please email and check the status of your order, it may be back ordering or it maybe awaiting delivery via our carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number where possible. |
