when placing an order :-
Ordering

Enter
our store and browse at your leisure from the comfort of your
own home. Follow the links at the side, click to the memory type
for your equipment, if you are unsure, check your manual or
email us the model and make of the equipment..
If you
like the look of anything simply click on the 'Buy Now' button
and it will be added to your cart (you can always remove it
later!).
You may
check the contents of your basket at any time by clicking 'View
Basket' from the top of your screen, you can remove items by
changing the Qty to "0" then refreshing.
Checking

Simply click the checkout
button from the top of the screen and you will be transferred to
our CCNOW secure site. Select shipping, European shipping is
FREE - Fill in your personal details, credit card number and let
us take care from here.
The page where you submit your
credit card details is secure. We use 512 bit encryption to
transmit your details to our bank servers, and as your card is
verified and debited instantly we do not store card details -
online or off-line, giving you total piece of mind.
We always bill in US Dollars
for ease, this will be automatically converted on your credit
card statement to local currency.
My Card will not go through

There
are several reasons that could result in you getting an error
from our card processing server.
The
most likely reason is that we are unable to accept your credit
card. We are unable to accept Visa Electron (these require
signatures and it's therefore not possible to use them online)
and JCB. Other than these two, we accept ALL other major credit
and debit cards.
Another
reason is that your card is currently up to it's limit. As our
transactions are all carried out in real time, our servers
verify that your card has enough credit on it to cover your
order and debit your card immediately. If this is the case,
please try an alternative card.
We
also check your geographical location on ordering, if you are
using your card in a country alien to the card issuing country
we will reject your order automatically.
If you
get a timeout or similar error, it may be that you have hit our
website at an unusually busy time. Our site is capable of
accepting dozens of cards each second but sometimes, it does get
VERY busy, simply wait a few seconds and retry.

in Europe do you delivery to FREE ? [ Top]
At
present we deliver free of charge to:
United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland,
Germany, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
All
other countries attract a $22.00 shipping charge, we will not
ship to some countries due to high credit card fraud, these
orders will be cancelled.
Can
I track my item ? [ Top]
Yes,
you are in the UK, right to your door, in Europe to the point of
leaving the UK then via your own mail service.
Both
UK and European orders are sent tracked and insured mail via
Royal Mail, you can check your order online and its status by
clicking HERE.
How fast do you deliver ?

Generally
stock items are shipped within 72 hours of your order been
placed, however we do ask that you allow 3-10 days for delivery,
you easily check the status of your order online HERE.
European
Airmail orders generally take 3-15 days.
What
happens if I'm out ? [ Top]
Usually
your Royal Mail will require you to be at home to receive your
parcel either because it is to big to fit through your letterbox
or because it requires a signature. If you are not at home for
whatever reason when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will post
a card through your letterbox advising you that your parcel is
ready for collection at your local post office. Simply take the
card (within 7 days) to your post office to
collect your goods.
If this is inconvenient, you may choose to have your parcel
delivered to an alternative address than your own, be it a
friends address or your work address.
If you
are not present to accept your parcel and you do not collect it
within 7 days from your local Post Office, it is returned to our
warehouse; there is an additional postage charge of £4.50
if you require it to be sent out to you again, this must be paid
by Postal order to the above address.

changed my mind or don't want the item any more.

As
credit cards are billed automatically at the time you place the
order and goods are always dispatched within 72 hours. Once it
has left the warehouse we are unable to offer refunds or credits
if the items are opened and in good working order.
If you manage to cancel your order before it has
left our warehouse, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged.
This is to cover the costs we have already incurred in
processing your credit card due to transaction charges.

goods a faulty they can be exchanged under warranty by arranging
returns authorisation HERE
